Highland Games Gate Entry is $20 per person.  17 years and under are free.

 

Eftpos is available on the day.  However please expect delays as the queues are very long and eftpos can at times be slow due to the share volume of transactions.  We appreciate your patience.

 

Tickets are available through eventfinda up until 12.00pm on the day.  Ticket holders will have a designated gate we expect this could make entry into the park faster.  We recommend purchasing tickets through eventfinda for faster access.

 

Public Entry is through the main gates in the center of Waipu town. 

If you have an eventbrite ticket please enter through the gate that accepts eventbrite tickets so that you can be scanned in. Look for the signs. 

 

There is also a public entry gate at the bottom of the field next to the bowling club.  There will be parking in a paddock next to the bowling club down South Road. It will be sign posted.

 

We ask that the general public avoid entering via the St Marys Road entrance.   We would like this entrance to be for competitors and approved vehicles only.

DOGS.  The park has a no dog policy.  We are sorry that this can cause an inconvenience to dog lovers.  We have a  responsibility to keep our visitors and competitors safe so we can not have dogs at this event  - Please note this excludes service dogs. 

 

Photography and Media.  We will have photographers and media at this event.  By attending this event you grant the Waipu Caledonian Society the right to take photos and/or videos.  If you elect not to be in images it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the situation where photos or videos are likely to take place.  We can not guarantee that your image will not be published as part of a larger group.
