NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Waipu Caledonian Society will be held at The Celtic
Barn Foyer, Caledonian Park, 39 The Centre Waipu - 2026 AGM Date to be confirmed.
All members and interested individuals are welcome to attend.

The purpose of the AGM is to.
1. Receive the annual report and financial statements of Waipu Caledonian Society.
2. Receive a presentation from the Chair on the previous years’ activities and plans
for the coming year.
3. Consider any nominations for the Waipu Caledonian Society. Officer
nominations will only be accepted from financial members of the Waipu
Caledonian Society.
4. Record any local Honorary Status made during the year (if any).
5. Consider proposed remits (if any).

Consider any other business on the agenda.
