1. Eligibility: The event is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees or immediate family members of the event organisers and Northland Waste are ineligible to purchase balls.

2. Ticket Sales: Balls are $10 each. The number of balls is strictly capped at 200. Ticket sales will close once all 200 balls are sold or at 12.59pm on 20 December 2026, whichever occurs first.

3. Ball Number Allocation: All ball numbers will be allocated randomly to purchasers by 21 December. A list of participants and their assigned number(s) will be on the website.

5. Determining the Winner: The ball that passes through the hole in the top of the Northland Waste Management bin will be declared the $1,000 grand prize winner, as determined by the official event judges. If multiple balls enter the bin, the ball at the absolute bottom of the capturing container wins. The second ball in the cone will win the runner-up prize. 6. Judges' Decision: The decision of the official event judges is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Presence Not Required: Ticket holders do not need to be physically present at the arena to win. Winners will be notified via the email or phone number provided during online purchase.

8. Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is fully cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.
